This is a novella so I read it whilst delayed at the airport on my way back from Santorini and it was the perfect length. I was exhausted so didn't have the mental capacity to dive into a full-length book but I needed to read something.
I love Laura Jane Williams's writing style, this is the fourth book I've read by her (her other three are full length) and it did not disappoint. It was full of wit and gorgeous characters - somehow all the characters seemed fully developed despite the short length of the book! I loved the near-misses and the eventual 'coupling' shall we call it?! (although my boyfriend did choose that exact page to start reading over my shoulder!)
Can't reccomend this one enough - it's usually 95p on amazon as well so well worth it!
